Personal data and purpose

Personal data is all information about you. These include, for example, your name, your address and your email address. Only the data that you have transmitted to us automatically or voluntarily will be stored. You do not have to provide any personal data in order to visit our website.

All personal data generated as part of the use of the Internet services is processed in accordance with the applicable regulations for the protection of personal data, only for the purpose of processing the customer request or to protect our own legitimate business interests with regard to advising and supporting our customers and the needs-based product design and advertising Mail processed.

Security

These are adapted to the current state of the art.  However, we would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating via email) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data from access by third parties is not possible. Our security precautions are subject to a constant improvement process and our data protection declarations are constantly revised. Please make sure you have the most current version.

The statutory data protection regulations of the Federal Republic of Germany are of course observed. All of our employees and service providers who work for us are obliged to comply with applicable data protection laws.

Green Camping am Rhein processes your data to carry out and process the competition on the legal basis of Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letters b, c. and f. GDPR. By purchasing a ticket you agree to the terms and conditions and have the Privacy Policy noted.

We encourage all parents and guardians to instruct their children in the safe and responsible use of personal data on the Internet. Automatically stored non-personal information

If you have used the card payment option we offer (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, etc.), you have agreed to the following terms of use: If you choose the payment method card payment/online payment, we will redirect you to a payment page of the payment service provider Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 313, 1016 EE Amsterdam further. We pass on your personal data (contract account number, email address, payment amount, alias if applicable) to Mollie. The alias is an abbreviation for a card stored with Mollie and can be used to request further payments. The card details are entered directly on the payment service provider’s website. Once the transaction has occurred, we will receive an electronic payment notification from Mollie containing the cardholder's name, masked card number, card expiration date and alias, if applicable. Applicant

As part of job advertisements and unsolicited applications, we process your application documents and the personal and sensitive data they contain exclusively for the application process. By sending the documents, you agree that the data will be stored in accordance with legal regulations. If a contract is concluded, the necessary data such as name, address and data for contract processing will be stored by us. 

The data will not be made accessible to third parties unless it serves to defend against third-party claims in legal proceedings and to delete them immediately after the proceedings have ended. 

Your personal application data will generally be deleted automatically three months after the application process has been completed. This does not apply if legal provisions prevent deletion, if further storage is necessary for the purpose of providing evidence or if you have expressly agreed to longer storage. 

If we are unable to offer you a current position, but based on your profile we believe that your application may be of interest for future job offers, we will store your personal application data for twelve months, provided you expressly consent to such processing.
